Credit/debit card details are required to confirm your reservation but payment will only be taken upon arrival.

Please be aware that an additional 2% will be charged when paying with a credit card. American Express cards will be charged an additional 2.5%.

No additional surcharge for debit cards.

We operate a 24h cancellation policy, cancellations made before 11am the day prior to arrival are non-chargeable.

For cancellations made after this point, every effort is made to re sell the room, but in unsuccessful cases we will charge for the first night booked.

Customers are able to check-in to their rooms at any time after 2pm, however, if you need to arrive before 2pm you are welcome to take a seat in our conservatory where snacks and hot drinks are available.

Check-out time is at 11am on the day of your departure.

Once you enter your personal and credit card information, your online reservation is processed through a secure computer server.

The personal information you enter is encrypted to keep it protected while in transit.

We do not permit smoking within our guest rooms and smoking within enclosed public areas is against the law in the UK; there are ample outdoor areas throughout the property where smoking is permitted.

Limited free parking is available on-site on a first come basis.

Whilst a 24h CCTV is active and the gate is locked every night, we accept no responsibility for any theft or damages to vehicles that may occur.

There is also ample free parking in the surrounding area should our car park be full.
